Why Bedley & Co. Was Born
Bedley & Co. isn’t just a business. It’s personal.
I grew up surrounded by fabric. My father worked in custom drapery and upholstery, and I was his (mostly unpaid) apprentice from a young age. Summers were spent measuring, lifting rolls of fabric taller than me, and watching him bring people’s homes to life through his craft. I didn’t know it at the time, but those long days with him shaped everything I’m doing now.
Years later, after he passed away from Alzheimer’s, I found myself drawn back to the world of custom work. Not for homes this time, but for clothing. As someone tall and hard to fit, I struggled to find suits that didn’t feel like a compromise. That led me to custom tailoring, first for myself, and eventually for others who wanted to feel confident in something made just for them.
Bedley & Co. is my way of honoring his legacy. It’s about craftsmanship, creating pieces with intention, and helping people feel seen in what they wear. A portion of every sale will go toward supporting Alzheimer’s charities and research, keeping his memory close in every piece we create.

Once you’ve picked your fabric, you can choose from our pre-selected customizations or dive into our customization tool to design the details that suit your style best.
After you place your order, we’ll send you a simple measurement guide by email. The process is smooth and easy to follow, whether you're measuring at home or with assistance. Once we receive your measurements, we begin creating your made-to-order piece.
